I ran another easy run this morning before work. It was very cold but a really enjoyable run. I wore my road shoes but kept it nice and steady.
Looking back on my runs through February I couldn't have wished for anymore. I did every session and felt really good throughout the month.
After running 4 times a week in January I decided to run 5 times a week in February adding in another longer run on Saturday's to make back to back runs at the weekend. I have really enjoyed them and feel it has really helped.
Here is a summary of my runs for the month ....
I dipped just over 200miles for the month which is the first time since July when I ran the Lakeland race.
On a graph it makes a nice pattern! ..

Our Power Plate arrived today. I'm hoping it is going to help us with our recovery, especially after longer runs. I'm looking forward to trying it out.
