Brodie Park Hill Run

11hrs after finishing the club tempo run I was running again.  Obviously running so soon my legs were complaining a bit and it took me the first lap to really get going.  The advantage though is that I now get 48hrs to recover before my back to back long runs at the weekend.

Once I got going I felt okay and enjoyed it as always.  Here are my stats ...

I'm really looking forward to my weekend runs. On Saturday I'll be doing my Glennifer Braes loop (10.76miles) and then on Sunday Katrina and I are heading up to run on the whw.

Initially our plan was to do 2 out and backs from Beinglas Farm but we've decided to go to Tyndrum and run back 16miles which will take us 4 miles past Beinglas and then turn round back.

We are doing this as we had planned to run from Drymen to Tyndrum on Sun 24th Mar but because we haven't got a lift back we've decided to run from Tyndrum to Fort William and get the bus back instead. Ryan & Becci are going to join us.

Tonight I've been asked by one of the schools I work with to take part in a 'Great British Bake Off' as part of Comic Relief.  The idea is that 7 of us will be given a receipe and ingredients and told to bake!  This has caused much fun in our family as I'm not know for my cooking skills!  Don't worry there will be photos to come of how I get on!!
